nation’s leading builder of luxury homes, is pleased to announce
the first closing of a home in Huntingdon Place, an exclusive
collection of upscale condominiums located in Huntingdon
Valley. The only new construction condominium community in the
area, Huntingdon Place offers home buyers the ultimate in
low-maintenance living and elegant home designs.
“We are so pleased to welcome the first
residents to Huntingdon Place,” says Mike Greiner, project
manager with Toll Brothers. “It will be so exciting to watch as
this dynamic community truly comes alive with home owners
continuing to move in throughout the winter and into the
spring.”
“Huntingdon Place has become the ideal
choice for homeowners looking to downsize without having to
sacrifice style and sophistication, the community has resonated
strongly among area residents who have already decided to make
their next move. Huntingdon Place allows buyers to stay close
to all of the shops and restaurants they have come to love,
while trading away time consuming yard work and other
commitments that come with owning a large single family home,”
adds Mr. Greiner.
Set on 11 landscaped acres with a lovely
4-acre lake, the homes at Huntingdon Place are priced from the
low $300,000s to the $600,000s and boast generous balconies,
elegant lofts, gourmet kitchens with granite countertops and
stylish stainless steel appliances, expansive living spaces, and
rich hardwood flooring in the kitchen and foyer. The only new
condominium complex in the area, Huntingdon Place offers
exceptional finishes including 9-foot first-floor ceilings,
brick, cast stone, and wood exterior, and Andersen™ windows.
The community features a selection of 29
distinctive one- and two-bedroom floorplans ranging from 1,100
to over 2,000 square feet.
Residents at Huntingdon Place will also
enjoy full access to the community’s outstanding amenities
including an indoor pool, fitness center with the latest in
cardio and weight equipment, his-and-her locker rooms, two
furnished lounges on each floor, 24-hour lobby attendant, and an
indoor covered parking garage.
Harold Pincus and his wife recently
purchased a home at Huntingdon Place have been impressed.
“I lived in Huntingdon Valley many years
ago and I’m thrilled to be coming back to the area. The
location of the community was truly the biggest draw.”

location of Huntingdon Place. The R3 rail line and the
Bethayres Shopping Center, perfect for one-stop shopping, are
within walking distance of the community.
