“We are so pleased to welcome the first residents to Huntingdon Place,” says Mike Greiner, project manager with Toll Brothers.  “It will be so exciting to watch as this dynamic community truly comes alive with home owners continuing to move in throughout the winter and into the spring.”

“Huntingdon Place has become the ideal choice for homeowners looking to downsize without having to sacrifice style and sophistication, the community has resonated strongly among area residents who have already decided to make their next move.  Huntingdon Place allows buyers to stay close to all of the shops and restaurants they have come to love, while trading away time consuming yard work and other commitments that come with owning a large single family home,” adds Mr. Greiner.

The community features a selection of 29 distinctive one- and two-bedroom floorplans ranging from 1,100 to over 2,000 square feet.
